Warehouse Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. This is a casual ongoing role with strong potential for permanent employment.

The position involves a mix of computer-based inventory tasks, forklift operation, and manual handling, with appropriate equipment provided for lifting assistance.

  • Use computer systems for inventory control and dispatch processing.
  • Operate a reach forklift (experience highly preferred).
  • Pick and pack products weighing between 8kg and 20kg.
  • Use lifting aids for heavier loads as required.
  • Securely wrap pallets with plastic stretch wrap for outbound dispatch.
  • Accurately weigh and prepare outbound goods for shipment.
  • Work collaboratively with FIFO and Kanban systems in the warehouse environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working space at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Holding a valid forklift licence - reach forklift experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, including picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 20kg, with lifting assistance provided when necessary.
  • Experience with FIFO and Kanban systems in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong computer skills for inventory management and dispatch tasks.
  • A high level of attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Full Australian working rights, either as an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
