About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Designer to join our Digital and Consumer Finance technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-level solution designs that meet business requirements while adhering to architectural principles and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of solution architectures for programs and projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Create clear and concise documentation, including design documents and technical specifications
  • Support IT estimations process and assist in delivery of detailed IT costings for solutions
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to development teams
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consumer products originations (Cards/Personal Loans)
  • 10+ years of overall IT industrial / SDLC experience
  • Excellent analysis and design skills with technical problem-solving
  • Experience in design principles and standards
  • Experience in API security and authentication & authorisation patterns
