Job Overview

The role of a Customer Service Officer involves delivering exceptional customer service, sales, and delivery of parcels over the counter.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently by communicating effectively with customers to build strong relationships.
  • Manage and maintain accuracy of money transactions, sort mail and parcels into correct trays and bags, and work on POST+ Terminals.
  • Perform stocktaking, maintain store cleanliness, lift up to 16KG on a repetitive basis, and stand during working hours.
  • Be punctual and demonstrate excellent time management.

We offer training for individuals without prior experience in retail service. A test will be administered at the end of training requiring a certain percentage to pass.
