About the Role
This part-time Clinical Support Officer position will see you provide administrative support across Respiratory Medicine, undertaking tasks such as patient appointments, billing, and general administrative duties.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support outpatient clinics, manage patient appointments, and process billing information.
- Contribute to the operational efficiency of the Respiratory Medicine administrative support team.
- Cover other administrative staff duties when required.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and customer service skills, with excellent computer literacy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 AUD. We also offer on-site car parking, proximity to public transport, and a comprehensive benefits package.
