About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join Queensland Corrective Services as a Senior Case Manager, ensuring community safety through effective case management and addressing assessed risks & needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work as part of a dedicated team, acting as an agent of change to address offending behaviour & encourage rehabilitation making our communities safer.
  • To liaise with management, staff, and internal & external stakeholders at all levels to gain commitments and negotiate service delivery, priorities, deadlines, resources, and other relevant issues.
  • To build and manage ongoing working relationships with a range of stakeholders and demonstrate experience working within a legislative framework that underpins a core service delivery area.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's licence (minimum C class Australian licence) is mandatory for this role.
  • Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) completion within 12 months of employment and certification achieved within 18 months.

Salary Package:

The salary for this position is estimated to be $101,174 - $109,783 per annum, including locality allowance & rural remote incentives available for eligible applicants.
