Heavy Haulage Driver Opportunity

The United Wambo Joint Venture Open Cut Mine is seeking a heavy haulage driver for an ongoing contract. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating mechanical or electric dump trucks, such as the CAT 785, 789, or 793 models, or equivalent Komatsu models.
To be considered, candidates must possess:
- Previous experience operating dump trucks with a minimum of 12 months' experience in the industry.
- A valid driver's license and ability to operate a manual vehicle competently.
- Two current references from OCE or supervisors that can attest to their skills and experience.
- Proof of competencies in operating dump trucks.
Candidates must also be able to pass an Order 43 Pre-Placement Medical and D&A testing or hold a current medical certificate conducted within the last 12 months.
This role requires the candidate to reside within one hour or 80kms of Singleton. No FIFO or camp facilities are available.
The successful candidate will enjoy competitive hourly rates starting from $50.91, 12.5 hour shifts, and regular OT shifts available. They will also benefit from a rotating roster with two days off per week.
