About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HC or MC driver to join our team in a full-time position at the Singleton branch. As a Heavy Haulage Operator, you will be responsible for transporting oversized freight to and from mine sites locally in the Hunter Valley.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Transporting freight in a safe and efficient manner to and from sites.
• Ensuring all freight is restrained correctly and safely.
• Commitment to creating a safe work environment.
• Diligence to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current HC or MC Driver's licence.
• Experience in using load restraints.
• Previous mining experience.
• Willingness to complete Order 43 Medical and mine site inductions.
• Great communication, organisational and self-management skills.
• Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work together as a team and follow directives.
