Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Trainer to join our team. As a Field Trainer, you will play a critical role in increasing the sell-through of our VMS portfolio of brands by ensuring that all internal and pharmacy staff are trained and motivated.

Critical to this role is the execution of both in-store and venue training as well as hands-on demonstration events. You will conduct in-store training for Vitamin Staff/Retail Managers with a focus on new products and cycle hero products, event training for key accounts and state-based groups, and develop and maintain rapport with all levels of pharmacy personnel.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the culture of customer service and organisational efficiency and effectiveness by acting ethically, honestly and fairly at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • Previous training experience (to both small and large groups) is essential.
  • Pharmacy or department store sales/counter experience is preferred.
  • Vitamins and Health food retail background preferred, but not essential.
  • Qualifications in Naturopathy or Herbalist preferred.
  • Previous facilitation experience essential.
  • Strong rapport building and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and confidently.
  • Highly motivated.
