As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores. This leadership position is ideal for a motivated and client-service focused individual looking to take their management career to the next level.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee operations across multiple retail sites, directly managing one store while mentoring and supporting additional store managers. They will have the ability to negotiate flexible hours to suit both business needs and personal requirements. Weekend work may be required.

The training program provides necessary skills to complete key responsibilities including:

  • Managing KPIs set for store managers and associated staff
  • Overseeing daily operations of the retail store they manage
  • Training and developing a team of retail assistants
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service and product advice
  • Coordinating stock control and merchandising across all stores
  • Managing store opening procedures and cash handling
About You

Whilst previous multi-site retail management and leadership experience is preferred, our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills required for this role. We invite hard-working and honest individuals to apply if you are:
