About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Christmas Casual Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless and engaging experience for our customers, showcasing our latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a customer-centric culture, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Ensure a visually appealing store environment, adhering to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Availability to work throughout the Christmas period, including public holidays.
