About the Role

We are seeking a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Seed Heritage. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and seamless experience for our customers, maintaining presentation standards, and processing customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive and engaging customer experience through excellent communication and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning standards to ensure a welcoming store environment.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Provide styling advice and support to customers in our fitting rooms.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style.
  • A positive and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • An eye for detail and a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management, and in-store fulfillment.
  • A genuine alignment with our values and a desire to be part of the Seed Heritage team.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Full availability to work throughout the Christmas period, including extended trade, weekends, and public holidays.
