We are looking for a seasoned IT professional to join our team as an Enterprise System Administrator. This role involves managing Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies, configuring, setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers and services, automating redundant processes, and participating in infrastructure and capacity planning.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies.
  • Configure, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and services – automate redundant processes.
  • Participate in infrastructure and capacity planning.
  • Design and test disaster recovery procedures.
  • Application and operating system tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Implement and deploy infrastructure for a global environment.
  • Implement and maintain security solutions, including data safeguards, anti-virus, and remediation processes.
  • Recommend and implement modifications to the server environment, including troubleshooting and replacing faulty hardware.
  • Perform routine server updates/patching and software deployments.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring and maintenance for stability and optimal performance on all server environments.
  • Address operational systems issues, including file and share permissions, user accounts, and installing applications.
  • Collaborate with helpdesk support staff for day-to-day activities.
  • Provide application-level support for e-Discovery applications (Relativity, Cloudnine Law).
Key Qualifications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • 1-3 years of systems administration experience in multi-platform environments (Windows/Linux).
  • Concrete understanding of Windows operating concepts.
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
  • Experience with direct/network attached storage devices (Dell PowerVault).
  • Working knowledge of storage protocols, including iSCSI, Fiber Channel, CIFS, SMB, and NFS.
  • BA/BS in computer science or equivalent education desired but will consider hands-on/real-world experience.
