As a senior inspection expert, you will be responsible for providing non-destructive testing services to clients across various industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on major client sites and support the execution of ongoing contracts.

This position involves performing Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing, which includes inspecting and evaluating surface and subsurface discontinuities using advanced testing techniques. The successful candidate must have demonstrated competence in Level 2 PAUT and be able to perform inspections according to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and calibrate advanced NDT equipment
  • Read, interpret, and understand relevant drawings, procedures, and instructions
  • Operate all required Phased Array Ultrasonic equipment used in the NDT process
  • Comply with quality system requirements
  • Maintain and capture records of results
  • Understand scope and limitations of methods and equipment used in reference to welds being inspected
  • Handle raw materials and chemical/hazardous goods safely
Requirements
  • PAUT Level 2 certification
  • Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience
  • IRATA Rope Access is an advantage
  • Understanding of NATA requirements
  • Ability to record/calibrate and gather data comprehensively
  • Experience in an In-service inspection environment
  • High attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Other qualifications (AICIP, TOFD, ECT) will be an advantage
