We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for all food service areas
  • Cleaning duties, including cool rooms, preparation areas, kitchen, and dish wash area
  • Monitoring and recording of all relevant food safety data
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness throughout, ensuring correct sanitation and infection control
  • Rotating as required from assisting the Stores Manager to Kitchen Hand section

To achieve success in this role, you will require knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements, hold a basic food handlers certificate, flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, a track record of providing great service, dedication, and reliability, effective communication skills, a great work ethic, and attention to detail.

Please note that applicants will be required to provide a current National Police check and a NSW Working with Children's Check prior to appointment.
