We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Food Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage service, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, including specials and promotions, and be able to answer questions and make recommendations to guests.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service and address any concerns or issues.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional service.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning tables, resetting, and restocking as needed.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
