Assistant Store Manager Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and profit results at our retail store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this dynamic individual will lead by example and foster a high-performing team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through expert product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive incremental sales growth across all sales channels.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or service environment, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • A strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Additional Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license for travel between stores as required.
