Job Title: Assistant Venue Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Venue Manager, where you will be responsible for leading the operations of one or multiple venues across various locations. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with experienced leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing venue operations, including staff supervision and training
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and presentation skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • Proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue
  • A passion for the industry and commitment to a successful career in hospitality
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
  • Extensive restaurant and bar experience
  • Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
  • Ensuring policies, procedures, and standards are current, effective, and clearly communicated
  • Current RSA
  • Desire to expand your skillset under the guidance of the Venue Manager
  • Strong financial skills and compliance focus
