Job Title:

Clinical Diagnostics Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive technical support for clinical products in Australia and New Zealand.

Implement devices, including validation processes and reports, and associated operator training post-sale.

Provide hotline phone support for clinical customers on weekdays and on-call as scheduled.

Support systems preventive maintenance and customer ambassador visits as needed.

Conduct MASA evaluations directly for Clinical products, Meters, Allegro and Blood gas products, including customer training.

Requirements:
  • Clinical laboratory knowledge or POCT experience is essential.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and statistics skills, Microsoft Excel capabilities required.
  • Bedsides Glucose Meters, Blood Gas systems and/or clinical chemistry systems experience a plus.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Diagnostics industry and/or hospital (lab or POC-testing) experience beneficial.
  • Laboratory degree and/or biomed degree preferred.
Skill Set:
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with good customer facing presentation skills.
  • Self-organizational capabilities, systematic and analytical work methods.
  • Excellent communication, teaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Multitasking ability and willingness to put in extra time as needed.
