Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Imaging Specialist to join our team in New South Wales, Australia.
About the Role:- This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves providing technical support for ultrasound products across multiple platforms.
- You will be responsible for delivering product training to customers, ensuring they have the skills needed to get the most out of our equipment.
- Monitor customer installations to improve satisfaction and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Demonstrate and install advanced ultrasound systems, including LOGIQ and VENUE platforms.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on software, application, and equipment use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as a subject matter expert at trade shows and conferences, showcasing product capabilities and features.
- Australian professional certifications/registries necessary for scanning live patients.
- Proven proficiency in basic clinical scanning on current products/platforms.
- At least 3 years' experience in a clinical or technical environment, or 2 years in commercial applications/modality roles.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
