About Our Opportunity

This casual role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Order, merchandise and present stock in a visually appealing way to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain in-store displays to meet company standards and support our brand image.
  • Ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly to prevent errors and minimize returns.
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives to optimize product placement and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining key customer relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling) to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Maintaining in-store displays to create an engaging and immersive shopping environment.
  • Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly to prevent errors and minimize returns.
  • Assisting with major planogram initiatives to optimize product placement and drive sales.

Skills & Experience:

  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Holding a valid driver's license and having your own vehicle to facilitate travel between stores.
  • Sound computer skills to efficiently manage tasks and communicate with colleagues.
  • Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative to adapt to changing circumstances.
