Gaming Operations Trainer

As a key player in the gaming industry, we are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Table Games Trainer.
The role will involve supporting business objectives through training programs and upskilling internal team members to contribute to optimal gaming operations performance.
You will foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging team members to continuously improve their skills and service to our guests.
About You
Applicants should possess current GLDP 1, HD or Gaming Supervisor qualifications with supervisory or training experience.
Key requirements include excellent relationship building skills, coaching and mentoring, evaluation and feedback, leadership/influencing capabilities, numerical and analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail and effective time management skills.
Additional requirements include designing and delivering training programs, application of Star Qualities and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Training and opportunities for learning and development courses will be provided.
Important Considerations
Ability to maintain current preferred shift will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Total performance history will be taken into consideration when deciding suitability.
