We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our day-to-day operations in a dynamic team environment.

The successful individual will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring compliance, maintaining stock levels, and fostering a strong customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members (kitchen staff, delivery drivers, front-of-house, etc.).
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- Financial Acumen: Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and profitability.
- Marketing Support: Assist with local store marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Compliance Management: Maintain proper documentation and reporting for audits and inspections.

Requirements:

- 1 year management experience (desired)
- Work authorisation for Australia (desired)
