Job Description

As a Store Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

This role involves providing friendly and welcoming service to customers, stock shelves, maintain a tidy store environment, assist with online order picking and delivery, and adhere to policies and procedures to ensure customer and team safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers in a positive and professional manner
  • Maintaining high standards of product presentation and display
  • Assisting with tasks related to inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
