Assistant Store Manager

Overview of the Role:

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in achieving sales potential, maintaining a smooth store operation and creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
  2. Lead by example to deliver top-tier customer service; motivate and inspire the team; training and driving floor sales; achieve results.
  3. Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.

  • Retail management experience.
