Job Profile

The role of IT Specialist is a senior position that involves coordinating project/program support teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, evaluating and analyzing business systems requirements.
  • Designing, developing, documenting testing, validation, implementing and maintaining assigned areas/subsystems.
  • Identifying business and system-wide process improvements to fulfill customer's business system requirements.
  • Negotiating with customers on requirements that are not feasible or cost-effective and recommending alternate approaches.

This role requires expertise in software testing and validation, as well as experience in implementing timeline and cutover activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to formulate and communicate business requirements for projects.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with customers and stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • A valid security clearance.
  • Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
