Job Description

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a customer service extraordinaire who wants to help and support their local community through a multi-channel approach. As a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to customers in-store, on the phone, or through other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • To upsell and cross-sell Medibank products and services to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
