In this role, you will be part of a caring community committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. We support residents to live the life they choose, allowing them to exercise choice and independence.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting residents in one-on-one activities that support their well-being, inclusive of hobbies and interests aligned to the care plan.
  • Contribute to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs and wants of the residents, through assessment and observation.
  • Delivering daily hygiene tasks, including showering, shaving, dressing, mouth and eye care, and continence management, as per the established framework.
  • Providing assistance with mobility for residents who require it, according to the care plan.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate Level III (Individual Support)
  • Effective interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control principles.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in aged care, health care, or hospitality is advantageous.
