Master Plumber Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for completing plumbing maintenance, upgrades, and installations across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend site to complete plumbing maintenance, upgrades, and installations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Maintain vehicle stock and order parts from suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Run jobs independently and manage other team members to achieve project goals.
• Support apprentices in their development and provide on-the-job training to help them gather valuable experience.
• Attend internal and external training sessions to enhance your technical knowledge and improve customer serviceability.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate extensive experience in domestic and commercial maintenance plumbing.
• Showcase expertise in small projects and renovations, including design, planning, and execution.
• Able to establish effective relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Possess a current manual driver's license to facilitate site visits and logistics.
• Hold OSH Induction Training for the Construction Industry to ensure compliance and safety standards.
• Achieve a clean Police Record to guarantee security clearance.
