  • You will build strong relationships with the business and support training initiatives.
  • You will assist with monitoring trading activities, providing advice, and preparing key information through report writing and data gathering.
  • You will learn about industry regulatory requirements and understand how processes are designed to ensure constant adherence to legislation and regulatory body requirements.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

  • A drive and desire to work in a broad, fast-paced role is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a finance-related discipline is desirable.
  • Some understanding and knowledge of the financial markets is desirable.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to confidently and professionally communicate with stakeholders in various ways (email, phone, and face-to-face) is an inherent requirement.
  • Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Initiative-taking and self-directed work style with the ability to prioritise, manage workload autonomously, and proactively seek solutions.
