Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers and help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • An energetic personality, genuine passion for helping people, and resilience in managing challenging situations or difficult customers.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
