Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects in Sydney.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, ensuring that program, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. You will work closely with project engineers, supervisors, and site crews to achieve safe and efficient project delivery.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in civil infrastructure (roads, rail, drainage, utilities, or structures)
  • Strong organisational skills to coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site resources
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants and clients
  • Working knowledge of construction programs, QA processes and reporting tools

Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Coordinating day-to-day site activities to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard
  • Working closely with project engineers, supervisors, and site crews to achieve project objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations
  • Managing relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Preparing reports and updates for project stakeholders
