Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and establish a regular clientele base
  • Deliver high-quality hair services and home care advice
  • Provide consultations, product advice, and rebooking to maintain client hair plans and goals
  • Support a high-performing and values-driven salon environment
  • Promote national marketing campaigns to drive salon results

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience in hairstyling
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Passion for hair and beauty
  • Strong communication skills

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 AUD. This includes base salary, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
