Key Responsibilities

• Establish a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and personalized hair consultations
• Deliver high-quality hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
• Provide product advice and rebooking to maintain clients' hair plans and goals
• Support a high-performing and values-driven salon environment
• Promote national marketing campaigns to drive salon results

Requirements

• Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification (essential)
• Previous experience in Hairdressing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Passion for hair and beauty
• Strong communication skills
