- Create business cases and financial models to assess profitability across various strategies and deliver value-added analysis to stakeholders.
- Analyse and communicate the commercial impacts of past and future business activities by developing and maintaining business case scenarios and financial models.
- Deliver regular performance reports with insightful analysis to support decision-making, accounting, and risk management.
- Evaluate key contract performance for partners and monitor store network investment, highlighting significant findings.
- Analyse trading performance, including KPI tracking and provide reporting on people, culture, and remuneration.
- Offer insights and recommendations on cash position and holdings.
- Provide ad-hoc commercial support: identify risks, unlock project value, and generate actionable insights through data analysis and modelling.
