About the Centre Manager Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our facility.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing and operating a facility in leisure or service-related industry, with strong business and financial management skills.

They will also be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and managing the financial performance of the facility.

  • Key qualifications include national police check, working with children check, current CPR certificate, and current first aid certificate (level 2).

We are seeking an energetic, innovative, and inclusive leader who can motivate and empower a large team to deliver real change to the centre.

This role provides strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership to ensure a thriving and engaging facility through various services including aquatics, health club, café, gym, and allied health services.

Requirements
  • Experience in managing and operating a facility in leisure or service-related industry.
  • Business and financial management skills.
  • Driving guest experience, sales & retention.
  • Passion for coaching, developing and mentoring staff.
  • Practical knowledge of operational management.
  • Understanding of OHS and public safety applications.
  • Energetic, innovative and inclusive leadership style.
