The Role

This strategic position plays a vital role in implementing the company's approach to achieve financial targets across our hybrid go-to-market models in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). As Senior Product Strategist, you will oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans for the Recon division, taking accountability for activities related to assigned product portfolios.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and drive the Recon Robotics marketing plan for ANZ, aligning with business leaders to document relevant market considerations.
  2. Deliver sales targets across all portfolio products in line with budget and targets, monitoring monthly results and adjusting pricing, promotional support, and action plans accordingly.
  3. Forecast and manage product portfolios, including deletions and stock control, completing demand forecasts on a monthly basis for ANZ.
  4. Assess, trial, and launch new products from within the S&N Group SBU where they fit strategically with the business plan.
  5. Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, external stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.


Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Sales, or Science, with postgraduate or industry-related qualifications.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales or marketing management, with a strong background in strategy development and implementation.
  • A successful track record of building and executing marketing strategies, showcasing initiative and understanding of the importance of strong marketing efforts.
