We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team as a Vice President Sales. This role requires a proven track record in Business Professional Services, BPO, ITO, Data & Analytics, and AI sales.
About the Job
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand our service offerings in Banking and Financial Services.
- Lead from the front, building relationships with key corporate clients and crafting innovative solutions that deliver results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape innovative solutions and lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Deliver client-centric solutions that address client challenges.
- Influence senior decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships and become a key strategic consultant.
Key Qualifications
- Strong industry expertise, relationships, and a deep understanding of market trends in Banking and Financial Services.
- Proven sales expertise in Business Professional Services, BPO, ITO, Data & Analytics, and AI sales.
- Ability to develop and execute client-level sales strategies and lead industry pursuits.
- Comfortable navigating complex organizations, managing high-level negotiations, and driving results in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet client needs and foster relationships.
