**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced HSE Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders to lead and influence across safety within our large manufacturing site.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and implement the organisation's Safety Management System (SMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
- Coach employees and provide technical support and advice to site management and personnel.
- Drive the safety function with a key influence to all stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve health, safety, and environment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to prevent accidents and incidents.
- Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their health, safety, and environment knowledge and skills.
**Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in safety, health, environment, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing health, safety, and environment within a large complex organisation at site level.
- Proven track record implementing systems and managing change.
- Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders through a proactive approach.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in managing health and safety legislative requirements.
- Ability to solve problems and prioritise tasks, with appropriate decision making to create detailed reporting.
