About the Role:
In this part-time position, you'll have the chance to become a crucial part of our retail team, focusing on building strong customer relationships and providing tailored solutions. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice and guidance to ensure they find the perfect product for their lifestyle. Additionally, you'll be involved in maintaining store visual standards and assisting with day-to-day operations, including handling stock and moving around the store.

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly with higher-priced or premium items (an advantage)
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn new technology
- Physical fitness for handling stock and moving around the store
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
