Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our engineering team in Perth, Australia.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with engineering procedures and certification requirements.
  • Maintaining the engineering infrastructure at our maintenance base.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs associated with aircraft and ground support equipment maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing close-knit teams.
  • Able to work unsupervised and show initiative.
  • Ability to manage strict deadlines.
  • Experience in airline operations.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Hold a CASA B1 or B2 license and be eligible for Saab 340 type training.
