  • Develop and guide a high-performing team of inspectors (Registered Builders)
  • Conduct or support complex inspections as needed (fieldwork component)
  • Apply your knowledge of structural engineering principles to real-world inspection scenarios
  • Design and deliver internal training and onboarding programs for inspectors
  • Owning and improving QA systems, SOPs, and compliance documentation
  • Providing guidance on technical queries, disputes, and high-stakes reports
  • Collaborating with the leadership team on continuous improvement and service quality

Key requirements include:

  • Degree or Diploma qualified Structural Engineer preferred (Minimum Registered Builder or Building Surveyor).
  • Working knowledge of NCC, WA Guide to Standards & Tolerances, and AS 4349
  • Comfortable guiding others, reviewing reports, and making clear technical decisions
  • Skilled communicator with a pragmatic problem-solving approach
  • Confident navigating issues and standing behind professional judgment
