Clinical Evidence Evaluator Leader

A Technical Lead position is available for a Clinical Evidence Evaluation role.
- This job requires expertise in systematic review techniques and research principles for evaluating clinical evidence.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team, mentoring staff, and managing project timelines and resources.
In this role, you will work on health technology assessments (HTA) for national and international policy makers, as well as evaluations conducted for various clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure that project teams possess the necessary skills to successfully execute and deliver assigned projects.
Key responsibilities include providing methodological guidance to research staff, resolving technical challenges, and monitoring the team's technical capabilities. Additionally, you will identify training and professional development opportunities to equip ASERNIP-S research staff with the necessary skills and tools to deliver project work effectively.
Required Skills- Ability to understand and apply epidemiological and biostatistical concepts to be used in clinical data synthesis and interpretation.
- Excellent literary and report writing skills with high attention to detail and experience in writing structured scientific reports and publications.
- Publishing record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Flexibility to combine working from home with time spent in the office.
