
Evidence-Based Research Specialist

As a technical lead, you will oversee clinical evidence evaluation projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Key responsibilities include providing methodological guidance to research staff, resolving technical challenges, and collaborating with project managers to manage timelines and resources.
Additionally, you will identify skill gaps within the team and work with the ASERNIP-S Manager to develop training and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:• Strong understanding of systematic review techniques and research principles
• Ability to apply epidemiological and biostatistical concepts in data synthesis and interpretation
• Excellent literary and report writing skills with high attention to detail
• Experience in mentoring and supervising staff for research projects
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Effective communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Publication record in peer-reviewed journals
• Desirable: experience in writing grant applications and tenders
