Hospital Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled team leader to manage daily operations across two hospital shops, including food preparation, coffee service, and customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in leading teams, supervising staff or volunteers, and managing task allocation in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Lead and supervise a team of dedicated volunteers, delivering hands-on training and fostering a positive, inclusive, and service-focused team culture.
- Coordinate all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards in hygiene, food handling, and service presentation.
- Promote a warm, responsive customer experience, while addressing issues professionally and efficiently to support a high-quality service environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage task allocation in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Extensive hands-on experience in espresso coffee making, food preparation, and quality control.
- Skilled in providing clear instructions and on-the-job training, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of food safety legislation and standards, with relevant food safety training.
