About the Role

As our WA State Manager, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering strategic growth across the state.

  • Strategic Leadership: Set direction, inspire teams, and align regional operations with national objectives.
  • Commercial Management: Own budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Drive profitability and manage risk.
  • Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships, identify new opportunities, and represent us across industry forums.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support multidisciplinary teams across engineering, project delivery, and operations.
  • Compliance & Safety: Champion HSEQ standards and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Culture & Values: Foster a workplace culture built on accountability, care, and innovation.

We're seeking a commercially astute, technically grounded leader who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in operations, project delivery, or workforce management.
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and risk mitigation expertise.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycle management and performance optimisation.
  • Technical background in automation, control systems, or industrial engineering (highly regarded).
  • C Class Driver's Licence.
