Senior Plaintiff Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Plaintiff Lawyer to join our team. As a Senior Plaintiff Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing your own files from start to finish, including initial client consults, assessing and advising on viability and quantum of claims, preparing legal documents, and liaising with medical professionals, insurers, and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims, including CTP and workers' compensation cases;
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine the viability and potential value of claims;
- Prepare and present complex legal arguments in court and at mediation;
- Liaise with medical experts and other stakeholders to obtain critical evidence and expert opinions;
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers to ensure they receive comprehensive training and support;

What We Offer- A competitive salary package of $125,000 - $175,000 per annum, depending on experience;

- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing mentorship and supervision to junior lawyers as required;
