Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic & Business Leadership: Drive growth, optimise performance, and foster a safe culture.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day activities, manage teams, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Financial Stewardship: Monitor finances, control costs, and achieve budget objectives.
  • People & Culture: Develop and maintain a positive work environment, promoting employee well-being and engagement.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, staff, and partners.

  • Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG): Promote sustainability, social responsibility, and good governance practices.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Health Management (MBA or equivalent desirable)
  • 5+ years' leadership experience in complex healthcare environments
  • Proven track record in operational management, team leadership, and financial performance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, growth, and improvement initiatives, with a leadership approach grounded in communication, empathy, and continuous improvement
