Accounts Payable Clerk

  • Process and manage accounts payable by entering invoices, making payments, and maintaining the AP inbox.

An experienced Accounts Payable professional is required to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing payments, managing supplier relationships, and performing account reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of end-to-end accounts payable experience and exceptional time management skills. They must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and high-level numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Enter invoices into the accounts payable system and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  4. Perform reconciliations and maintain the AP inbox to ensure timely payments.
