At our organization, we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department, including maintaining all resort rooms and amenities, maintaining inventories, caring for equipment, performing the resort preventative maintenance program, and completing all department-related paperwork.

This role will also be responsible for maintaining the resort grounds and gardens and assisting with some housekeeping duties as required.

To excel in this position, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role desirable (maintenance and grounds/gardens), understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling, excellent attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills, interact with owners and guests in a polite and friendly manner, and ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, school, and public holiday periods.
