Marketing Assistant Job Description

KIVARI is a leading contemporary women's wear brand delivering products designed with heart, personality, and integrity.

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and contribute to the success of our globally recognised brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the marketing team, managing influencer partnerships, and supporting e-commerce shoots.

  • E-commerce shoot assistance involves working closely with the photography team to capture high-quality product images.
  • Support in managing influencer partnerships requires coordinating with influencers, negotiating terms, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • The Marketing Assistant will also assist with managing sample arrivals, including tracking, distribution, tracker updates, and ensuring the process adheres to deadlines.
  • Copywriting and blog writing tasks involve creating engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Event support includes assisting with event planning, logistics, and execution.
  • General assistance for the marketing team may involve data entry, research, and other administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organisational and multitasking skills, a passion for fashion and marketing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in content creation or copywriting is an asset.
